I recently started on this challenge as a 58 enchanter, here's what I've done so far, mostly just through levelling. Froglok king is surprisingly difficult at 50 because of the 6 or 7 frogs surrounding him (I got, on average, 3 resists on calm per frog at lvl48). He also Lays hands.

Bonus: me bitching about my gear while blocking pain and suffering, and drama over Kallis Stormcaster's head.

It wasn't really that tough once we got back there (it took 3 tries: the first time we didn't do it right, the second time Liia clicked his Crazy Cleric Greaves, and the third time we won). I'm pretty sure a boss shaman who got COHed back could solo it. It might not even be hard, just DA idol (that Earring of the Frozen Skull! Because obviously shaman don't get enough ridiculous spells through clickies) and and click the sky ring.
