Unless you're better than a .777777778 ratio because I have a Claw of Lightning which is already best in slot and then I'd need another 41% haste item. Mithril Boots are much better armor class, hit points, and resists than my Hoshkar boots from Kunark which I've worn for years and although I do like the look of them, I think it's time for an upgrade. So unless Aftermath gives me a Doze dagger for my ranged slot, getting that 41% haste is going to be a serious issue and I honestly don't feel like waiting on tears to drop outside of RnF. There is the other Doze quest 41% haste items to consider. A silver bracelet of speed only takes 1 tear, so that might be a good option. Maybe a Yelinak talisman. If they ever allow sky quest MQs, I have a full rogue sky belt MQ sitting on my alt rogue I never quested. But that would cost me an Aura of Battle slot and losing 10 ATK for +1% haste seems sillys. It's -1% dps hit any way you look at it. The idea is to stack ATK on a rogue, not lose it. So let me know your ratio and don't forget main hand is still an option.. Because I have a Dragonspine Rapier that, on paper, seems to outperform Ragebringer. That is dependent on the proc sticking and as we all know you can't rely on that for any major targets. So for my main hand I'm looking for piercer that's 14 dmg or higher and ideally faster than 21 delay.

Stick to epic unless got Vyemms/Tunare. The +attk seems impossible to replace.
