Just because there will be no "further" indictments from the SCO does not mean it has concluded its work. The report shows dozens of redactions due to ongoing matters. It appears that Jr. IS INDICTED. Impeachment proceedings will take care of the rest, don't you worry.

Mueller specifically said he doesn't recommend indictments for collusion.

Why would he say that if he was leaving it to Congress?

As the report is out, we're finding out that news stories the media pushed are confirmed fake, like the Buzzfeed News story about Cohen. They even doubled down when Mueller refuted their story
