A lot of everyday people didn't question anything, he was a phenomenon, he reached a segment of the population that was super sedated and motivated them. Those people sought more and to verify, or just satiate their curiosity. Some where really bad addicts and formed a habit. Some though listened to the philosophy of the movement he helped give a voice. They split off and did other things, smart people kept moving.

Towards early 2011 though, I already felt that he had fallen off the waves and wasn't surfing anymore. I think his downfall is his anger, and fear, he lost the childlike playfulness and naivety that sparked life.

This is very intuitive and anecdotal. I never really got addicted, it's odly one of my gifts to break free of thought control, intentional or not. My mind doesn't like to accept reality to long.

Research and verification is something I'm actually terrible at. Sometimes I try. It helps that I won't obsessively lock into a system of beliefs. I think Alex Jones is a teacher for people like me. Not a good / bad. Like when you running on ice and bust ur ass, or you learn to slide / scate. Or lose fear of drowning, or seamonsters. Everyone moves at different rates though, we all in the same ocean though, and we all swimming around looking for that nice grean algae, or shrimps.

True. He's only responsible for his own heart and intentions and actions. He's not responsible for the whole, anymore than I am.

I think he started out with a good conscience, he got lost though, it'd be a bit foolish of me to speculate. Fear? He got got? Pyramid to greendog.

I say a lot of crazy dumbshit in the spirit of playfulness. Not deluding myself about power or purpose or truth.

Occasionally I'll whip up some seriousness, even then tempered with humility.

Maybe Alex Jones fell into the seductive trap of power, followers, and feared giving it up. Maybe he crossed a line he was afraid to come back from, so decided he needed damage control. It's clear though he's manipulative, and genuinely lost now.

Maybe I'm bad for seeing the good in these things, certainly, I am not really in a position to pass judgement, beyond these thoughts.

I was in a pretty lost dark place when I really listened. I had other factors influence ascent beyond.
