my point was 51 mr should not make you immune to CC. more like 90. i have 72 mr on my samwise without even trying (1 buff and one piece of gear)

also root isnt a problem in mass pvp and if you think it is you clearly havent been pvping.

classic resists werent balanced around the average gear a player has access here. especially when you consider a brand new player from blue can use his pp to twink himself out. basiah rollin around with close to 200 mr on his cleric. 51 is a joke.

In all fairness I have 70 here because chanters unlike most classes have to wear very specific gear to be effective when they solo, aka charisma gear. I can't keep up PVP gear and be able to hold charm on mobs, it also leaves me low mana and unable to keep grm up which has a short duration for its cost most of the time. Also, chanters are at another disadvantage by having their pve spell set be almost completely different from their PVP spell set (I don't have nukes up pve, no rapture etc). Nonetheless I dropped the bombs like the box emperor I am and got the kills.

But would you say 51 mr should make everyone CC immune considering a naked OOR bard with a drum can easily push peoples mr over 100? Nirgon isnt considering any factors other than its not classic. how much MR does checkraise have naked? the average player here would be considered a super twink back in the day.
