Wait a minute. I need to clarify one more thing. Did Divinity REALLY bind at arena so they could bind rush and then whine when they got corpse camped? REALLY? This is about the most pathetic thing I've ever heard in my life.

Posting here on your wedding anniversary yesterday, talk about perspective, huh Alawen?

Meh, I don't know what went down after I left but there is a lot of misinformation ongoing here. AFAIK it started with IB doing some duels in arena and inviting people in OOC. I like a good duel and I was bored so I ran over to the Arena to see what I could find. In zone was Zilo, Helnam, Olympia, Vierge and shortly arrived Apostle.

There was dicussion of 2v2 or 1v1 or 3v3 or whatever #'s we could gather. After about an hour of fooling around Divinity shows up and announces 10v10 or 15v15, were more IB coming. Fifteen minutes went by without a lot of development and what seemed like a few very bored IB waiting for a PvP event. At this point the group of IB I had been screwing around with all jumped and killed me.

At the time Divinity had maybe 6-8 in zone while waiting for others to come, they were buffing and getting ready to "go over rules." IB killed the Divinity in zone. I took a revive, watched some arguing in /shout about IB being dickheads but the event would start soon if everyone could be patient. I saw the writing on the wall and took a ress out of arena and scooted, considering it a lesson learned.

Arena things not GM sanctioned always bring out this kind of result, hell even during BoTB's GM's had to nuke people who wouldnt stop fucking off.

Hey Serith, he is saying that because they decided to bind rush they deserved corpse camping...he's not making a comment about where they bound just that they decided to bind and rush naked ....makes sense to me it is the way Divinity kills raid mobs too

So you're saying you should bind as far away from your corpse as possibly? Makes sense since that's just how stupid IB is.

No I'm saying that you can bind where ever you please, but if you decide to re-engage me after you have died and try and zerg me in pvp the price you will pay is corpse camping

Divinity seems to forget that after the first time we wiped em out of zone they didnt try and zerg us so we didn't corpse camp they came in had over 30 minutes to rez and rebuff then attack us....which they again lost

Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything about DA in this thread (admittedly I did skip a few/a lot of posts).

The way I read it was that Divinity invited IB to have some fun in the arena, and as the evening progressed it changed from the intended mutual fun between the two guilds to one guild having fun at the expense of the other.

I think the way you are reading is it that Divinity and DA were in the arena and IB crashed the party, beat up both guilds, took our lunch money, made fun of our mothers, and we had no choice but to cry uncle and admit that you're the coolest kids in school.

Maybe there were some DA there, but to my knowledge (having not been present and only reading this thread), I think it was just a Divinity and IB thing. Thanks for trying to include us in this mess though, appreciate it guy.

From what I've heard from IB, certain guild officers wouldnt be thrilled to hear about this.

again, most of the posts in this thread are white noise -- we'll talk to the people involved, get a full picture rather than the one presented and commented on here, and either do something or not do anything depending on what's appropriate.

For more general IB hate and whining about not getting raid loot, I'm happy to berate you in a different thread, which can probably be found
