I don't see any exploits in this thread. Sounds like a few people took advantage of a re-doable quest to get some exp and other's took advantage of in game items to level up. Your going to punish people for taking advantage of in game mechanics?

If these are deemed to powerful then they should adjust them. Punishing people for being smart players is lol.

I do not think that any of these were on live. If they were, I am sure they were found out and fixed. Funny how only a few people knew of the quest and the instant respawning mobs. I do not remember any mobs insta-respawning in live.

2) SAYING A KEY PHRASE TO QUEST NPC SPAWNS THE FROGLOCK

THIS IS NOT EXPLOIT IT IS POOR QUEST STRUCTURE

3) not sure what race of pc involved but another fault is in the faction setting currently on p1999 & red 1999. FACTIONS ARE A HUGE PITA to fix as has been discussed in other threads. You dont need to be very smart to realize factions are fubard on p199 and red 1999. as it stands now prob anyone could walk up to hafling and spwn the froglock in question.

As darwoth said, leveling speed is always dictated by mana efficiency and downtime. Who cares about an instant spawning level 3 mob when you can see 10 level 3s virtually anywhere you stand 1 zone over. Who cares about a lvl 15 instant respawn when 2 zones over you can stand in a few different spots and see damn near 20 lvl 15 mobs.

Maybe if you put the same effort into leveling as you do whining on the forums you would be the same level as everyone else.
