I am thinking he meant "Pets not poofing wasn't until after PoP" a his follow on sentence I assume is referencing pre-poof times before PoP and the per change. Correct me if I mistaken!

yeah, used to go ld all the time and internet sucked. would take longer than the 30 minutes*ithink* "grace period" they gave u to get back online. then no pet when logging back in finally. shitty internet magerage, have to resummon everything and rebuff and shit =(
