How does systematic racism and unconcious bias not affect our top levels of media/goverment if they define everything in political poling science by race?

My prediction is that it will "take weeks" to count all the votes, magically only in dem districts that are losing. Dem districts that are winning will get those votes counted on election night, you can bet on that!
