I am pissed I still have to eat meals. Super pissed about it not gonna lie. I hate food.

Im an excellent cook, but I DO NOT THINK ITS THE MEANING OF LIFE.

Its the first thing we should abandon as a species.

how much of our day is made up of planning our meals?

Id say like 60-90% of my day is spent hunting/gathering for food.

It pisses me off to no end.

From the moment I wake, right now, unti I finally eat a breakfast that I figure out what that is and make (hunt) will I be sasiated.

But only for 1 fucking hour, then, I begin planning my next attack, lunch.

I stress about it for an hour past lunch, not even knowing what I want. I sit angry as I try to work or enjoy life, but am forced to think about 1 thing: the threat to my existence due to starvation.

(pathetic low intellect savage animal)

I finally drag my ass like all over the god damn place and get a nice meal, its good and expensive and took like 1.5 hours of my life to obtain and finish. Now to enjoy this like 1 hour of not worrying about the threat to my existence: starvation

At about 3 I become hungry again, and start planning my dinner, I reach out to people, I talk to folks, what do they want, what should we get where do I have to go to get the supplies necessary to complete this mission we will begin in like 2 hours and be finished in 4.

fast forward: FINALLY DINNER IS OVER, lets enjoy the evening, its like 9pm shit I am starving, I need a desert Im so hungry hungggry, snack.

Wake up in the middle of the night, stomach growling.

I CANT STAND IT

when. Can. I. Eat. A. PILL!!!!!

Jibartik. Unless you're diabetic try eating only one meal a day. It will take an hour if u do it right, and u can batch bake those meals and compress as much of that hunting into longer more efficient sessions. You should also be able to train down your hunger responses with fasting like I even did. And a low dose of something like buproprion could help further. That shit raises heartrate tho. Could also grind jalapeños into pills and take. Thats a more natural hunger suppressant.

It's actually better to be mindful of your food and slowly enjoy it tho. That's G-d's will. He wants us to learn to appreciate these things and probably why he created this universe.

They become more satiating and less of a "drug" situation. Look up intuitive eating too.

A good way to keep your stomach from waking you at night with hunger pains is slow release Casein Protein.

(pick your reputable brand, this is just example)
https://ultimatenutrition.com/products/prostar-casein

And perhaps mix in a complex vitamin/mineral supplement.
https://ultimatenutrition.com/collec...mplete-formula

Edit: That vitamin complex has a good portion of Manganese. I keep hearing about this mineral and
how our modern diets lack it due to soil depletion (natural trace minerals replaced by petroleum-based fertilizers).

Terra Preta soil-management boasts being able to replace natural manganese along with other depleted minerals.

i eat burgers and cheese steak subs daily. not fast food, i order carry out from real restaurants.

i just loathe cooking, which is lame because i'm pretty good at it.

I don't like salads, pastas are usually too heavy/high calorie and fat, soups are boring.

during the work day i pore over menus online tryin to come up with new healthier ideas to order out, but then my stomach just goes: BEEF AND BREAD, I DONT CARE WHAT ORDER.

ideas?
