Well the thing is a ton of chinese people got it first. So occam's razor tells us it was almost certainly an accident, but that the dictatorial communist hell regime of china also has every single god damn reason in the world to pretend it was just some bad bat soup, thus absolving them of all responsibility. There IS perfectly sound scientific evidence that the virus shows signs of genetic manipulation. The evidence that it has a natural origin is basically "hey it looks close to a known bat virus" NO SHIT SHERLOCKS.
