I don’t want to. But if I lived in Texas I could probably build an underground lair and hunt people for food and moisture. And I won't live in Texas or do the afformentioned.

BTW how do desert hares, armadillo, hawk, and coyote taste? Good with cactus? Nepali?

Federal assistance is ok.

Federal regulations are sometimes REALLY stupid.

It's a bit like the Federal government saying 'hey buddy I'll buy you a clean meal, but you gotta be gay, Ok '.

Charity OR government not supposed to work like that. Not at all Jesus like.
