Yea most people don't do a specialized voice. It's really, really hard to do something like that without sounding ridiculous. Maybe if you're like a voice actor you could.

Generally furry is limited to anthromorphized animals. I mean you'll see some human characters with animal features here and there on FA etc. And people that go around with just the tails/ears at cons cause they don't want to or can't afford a full fursuit. That being said it's a pretty open fandom and there's always some overlap within the larger sci-fi/fantasy fandom.

speaking of furry, I got a Persian cat gifted to me 2 months ago, it has 4 inch hair and it is a snuggly teddy bear I cant get rid of

it has claimed my bed as its own and refuses to get off most of the time and I gave up and let it sleep with me now, when I toss and turn it does as well and when I wake up it is frequently right next to me laid out.

its also the sweetest cat ive ever seen
