You did not get suspended because you simply used rapture, you got suspended for using rapture for the sole purpose of causing an exp death. You've been suspended for trying to cause exp deaths in the past, if you continue to do so the punishments will get much harsher.

I can't believe that causing exp deaths isn't allowed. It's fucking pvp. I caused many exp deaths and trained like a mother fucker on my Druid. That's when the server was fun. Bunch of crybaby hang on clingy need mommy love mother fuckers on the box now.
