shrug forums always been different since its rants and flames on red but past year ive helped people from blue etc just quit because of all the shit going on in ooc, not only that but in zone shouting rl attacks and the all around shit talk even in server chat forum. its not that moderated unless someone post a pic of someone or anything.

From playing on red for about a month, red is what you make of it. After playing on blue since launch i can tell you that, i enjoyed it 2009-2013 so much. Tried to come back for velious and realized it wasn't for me for whatever reason is irrelevant. Now the population sometimes is an issue, but just make leveling friends or friends in general to group with and do content, it's so open. So that problem is solved for the most part. The only real problem i have is the market buying/selling of things. But other than, i rather enjoy red at least for the experience I want out of it. Just some people take this way to seriously for whatever reason. Also the forums make it look so much worse than what it is, a lot of people are actually enjoyable.

ya you gotta have thick skin to play here, but im telling you it effects new players, but like norse said its what you make of it, buy/selling does suck but its not THAT bad honestly you can still get items if you know how to look.
barren wasteland has to do with people giving up when the lvls get a little tough and no one to talk to. | ||

disagree, ooc is amusing, the only thing that makes people quit is guys like oohno that are unkillable by normal new players and shut down groups
then the players don't want to bother making a new group cause he will just come back in an hour half the people travel from far away or bind far away then they just don't want to deal with it I understand this is normal pvp server behavior but with a lack of players groups are "Fragile" and easy to break. and in the end they say why bother

ya, i started on blue, played when it was good over there, came to red couple years back since I played rallos on live, it is stale for people to lvl up even though there is a huge xp bonus for solo/duo if you dont have a group.
people basically have to make classes that solo All the vets just log on to look for a kill and log off Just one guild now farming tov other than thunderdome and thats when the pop spikes, goes back down to dead after they get done. Its just gonna continue to be like this like always, a repeating cycle. velious raiding is super boring after you do it for like a month straight. After playing red again for years i went back over to blue just to check it out starting a new char and its so refreshing just to see people in every zone and all around chatter not just in ec. its a totally different world compared to red. im not quitting red i love pvp, was trying to help people come to server and also PL/help people with starter plat and money but its just not worth it anymore, everyone usually quits. Ill log on every now and then try to find kills and log off like usual. | ||

laff no one can grief me off specially a dude named tacosmasher with a female dwarf rogue who runs from me on his mage and camps and wont 1v1 when i call you out every single time on your rogue, your good at me porting in somewhere and disc backstab, but i turned off my load screen now that wont be happening.
