You obviously have no idea what you are talking about.
Most of the days the kids are off, the teachers have to go to school to do shit. In addition, they are grading papers or making lesson plans for hours every day unpaid after work. Every sunday afternoon is spent preparing for the week. Yes during summer they are off. However they are literally working 10-12 hour days and many of those hours are "unpaid"

Lol must suck to suck at your job considering I'm a teacher and I don't have to do half that shit and no I don't have tenure yet. When the kids are off I'm off, why? Because when they're doing dumb work or at athletics etc I am prepping then so I don't have to at home or on the weekend, it's called time management. You can't say hours are unpaid when you're paid salary, let's not get dumb here.

Again, you don't know what you are talking about.
Teach at extremely low income elementary school, half the kids can hardly read/speak english, parents don't give a fuck. Your job is evaluated based on state test scores. There is no "dumb work or athletics" when you are responsible for kids the entire day. You literally have 25 minutes for lunch. Must be nice half-assing a job teaching highschool kids. edit: you know how i know you are a half-assed teacher? you have time to shit post throughout the day.

If you choose to get a degree to teach you cant complain about kids later and cry about teachers with tenure who have been at a school 30 years.
putting your time in is required for all careers, new teachers are fresh and full of ambition of course they have to do more work, its called paying your dues. Lawyers do it to make partner, mail carriers to do it to get the better routes and days off, bus drivers do it to get the shifts they want, its called life. if you don't like it quit

Granted. I tell my wife she made a poor decision going to school to be a teacher, but it doesn't change the fact that it should be a career with high pay and high esteem, and instead you get shit bird retards. You would not believe some of the stories I hear about these teachers literally giving no shits about these kids or their cognitive progression.
