Pokesomesmot (56 or 57 Shaman with FoH) has a deal with this devil. He fully Shaman buffs him in OOT and he leaves Pokes alone.

Here's one more for his MS Paint board:
Last week he gates or logs in out of nowhere and jumps me while I'm in the middle of a mob (the usual tactic). I gate two islands away, fly out over the ocean as far as you can before you're blocked, dive to the very deep bottom, rebuff and start to log. With 5 seconds left he casts winged death on me.

From my gating to when I logged out, it couldn't have taken more than about 90 seconds. Druid tracking isn't that good. He would have had to make a beeline straight for me to be able to get a spell off. Pretty suspicious. If there is such a thing as a tracking hack, I wouldn't doubt he's got it.
