Irrelevant, the term Holocaust is a word in the english language is was chosen to associate with the events of WW2 because of the meaning of the word Holocaust. The word was not invented for WW2 it existed prior to WW2 and has can be used outside of referencing WW2.

So hence it cannot be considered a name violation according to TOS.
