Cool, should be a fun location. I'm in Las Colinas, will probably head to Allen, TX with the next house since it is real close to my work in Richardson.

Definitely miss living downtown but unfortunately I have to think about things like school district and the commute now.

Nice, I'm buying a house in an area that is transitioning to top dollar lots. Bought the house for cheap then updated it. It's a cool little house in a popping area. I just can't live in a suburb man, I'm a parky for life so I got to be near the Mecca.
