Rallyd is like a farmer or something so id guess he has to be in somewhat decent physical condition and has a pretty low RA. He never showed up for the majority of stuff during my time in nihilum. I like Emumu actually, but denying he didn't use IP exemption all the time in classic is hilarious.

He was one of Nihi's big melee hitters in classic, and getting him out of the picture was huge.

I mean he would insta Q out at 30% 5+ times a fight. That is especially bad in plane fights where trains and reassembling is important, a lot of their blue players would insta plug out with trains on them and be able to take zone control.

I have mentioned it lots, but when Tune played his cleric, and we almost had zone control but fallen insta plugged a train and came back in and started res'ing.

I mean this is all in the past, and I haven't seen them do things like that recently - but it is kind of ironic he wants harsher penalties for boxing considering we called him on this shit all the time in classic and he continued to exploit it since Amelinda was on their side, or didn't care I didn't read all those threads.
