Waiting on mana isn't really an issue. We cast one spell and the target dies. Sit down and med for a minute. Continue on.
Alternatively, we can just blow through our mana and everyone can tab out and take a break. There's plenty of things one can do online or in real life with a 5-10 window. Maybe I'll start an Everquest Exercise Group, where I instruct people on how to do proper sets of vigorous exercise while we med. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Or, like I've set before, I'll just log on my Enchanter and give all the other Wizards C2. *shrug*

You need to level up more. There's a lot of Wizards in the 10-15 range. That's where it will become viable to get a full group together.
