I'm also experiencing this problem. TT is completely unplayable on a fresh install of Titanium. This never used to happen when I last played over a year ago.

Someone who has this issue:

-Download Wireshark.
-Before you zone into Trakanon, start packet collecting.
-As soon as desync happens, stop capture.
-Save in wireshark as whatever.pcap

It is important to note the time that it happens so we can investigate.

this is our best shot at figuring out why this is happening. No one on staff has this issue, and can't recreate it even when we try, so we can't pinpoint the problem without data from people who do have the issue.
