I understand that narrative, yes.

I live in Gloucester County, I work in the city of Camden (Camden County). They opened up a testing center in Camden last week.

No crisis around these areas. So where is the evidence of the crisis you're talking about that needs to be prevented from becoming a larger crisis, I've honestly been trying to find it.
