Afghanistan is sandwiched by Iran and Pakistan. When you signal that we’re leaving the Afghanistan citizens are forced to choose to obey the evil nations that surround them or they risk raped daughters and murdered sons. This is why the country fell without a fight. The fight was lost years ago.

Just another reminder, trump evacuated less than 100 people after he made the deal with the Taliban.
Trump released 5,000 of their top fighters and the talibani leader all while refusing the afgani govt a seat at the table he was also inept enough to get no terms other than the US surrender to the Taliban.

This is compared to biden with over 89k evacuated, that is over a 5,000% better ratio.
