Uthgaard is definitely ex-military.

also

confirming 100% Uthgaard is not lying about the cancer. I knew about it the day he was diagnosed which was many months ago.

My father died of cancer on november 26th 2011.

Still told him when he acted like an asshole though, right up till the end.
