Once the bodies start hitting the floor in Africa, that will be their leader’s first tactic. And depending on the devastation, it might be enough on its own to start swaying some in congress on the right
Emotional blackmail is powerful, no one wants to watch people die en mass. Holding firm to boundaries in the face of suffering is one of the hardest decisions to make in life. It’s why Al-anon support groups exist for family members of substance abusers

every year like 500k africans are killed in various civil wars, millions of women and children are abused, millions of people are starving in unimaginable poverty
but we're all supposed to Make Africa Great Again if they get a virus?
