Germany is another fine example...again besides the recent Muslim fuck up.

Don't look at GPD! the articles assure us we are much more poor than Scandinavia (not true) and that oil is significant (not true -- GNP is the real important number regardless of oil reserves)...along with implications that they have more oil per cpita...also not fucking true.

GDP I meant obviously, what I'm getting at here is all it requires is a certain amount of wealth in society or productive power. Oil is meerly the mechanism for the redistribution -- because its easy to tax a commodity...eventually Sweden will be making robots and they will tax something else. Just like Germany taxes something else.

Im just going to tell you this: OUR gdp is made up of INDUSTRY.. the scandinavia GDP is made up of OIL IN THE GROUND THAT THE GOVERMENT OWNS

there is a big difference between splitting up the money from dirt, in the ground, than from industry and housing develoments that someone ponied up money to build.

You socialists dont understand this basic concept which is why it always ends up "WE TAKE FROM THE RICH"

Scandinavia = money comes from the ground
everywhere else = money comes from GDP which means "investments by private interests"

Look at chinas GDP, its made up of goverment spending on houses that nobody lives in, to pad their GDP

the economy of germany is garbage made up of foreign investments lol do some research before you shoot down your own arguments.

Also its a representative democracy, not socialist country.

The min wage in germany is like 30 bucks an hour, free education and healthcare. Including continuing education to get better jobs.

But I suppose that's all going away too right? Anything other than admitting all these tax cuts millionaires and billionaires are costing us something.

the majority of min wage jobs are in berlin where the unemployment rate is 17% hope this helps!

Yea the place with all the fucking immigrants...unemployment is at 3.6% nationwide in Germany....and its much better to be unemployed in Germany. Their employment system makes ours looks like a fucking joke.

I see your ignoring the obvious goofiness of Americas low unemployment...yet inexplicably high under-employment and historically low participation in the workforce.

Edit: and the fact that our min wage isn't 30 bucks an hour and people on umemployment get like 70-85% of their former wage with full benefits...encouraging more lengthy unemployment "breaks" in people's lives. Fucking vaction time and workers rights, all this stuff is suppose to lower the employment rate...yet somehow they are ahead?

Mick is correct though. Germany isn't a socialist state now and it wasn't under Hitler either...In Germany, the welfare state isn't a political football to the same degree as it is here in America -- allowing them to think straight.

But nevertheless -- these policies are labeled socialist by those that oppose them, and I would rather argue for the policies than dick around debating weather or not they are conservative or socialist.

Conservative welfare is welfare designed to keep society as it is. Compared to socialist welfare which has more of an equality goal in mind. That is all. But the German state started "conserving" their working class culture after WWII...unlike America. And we see the very different results for working people.
