You'd think it would be much harder to crash aircraft into each other, given the extra dimension compared to the roads.

yeah the biggest hazard will prolly be flying into a swarm of amazon delivery drones or real birds.

it will prolly be autonomous ai flown without even emergency controls cause they don't trust people though ;/
