Honestly, lately it's hard for me to find any positive emotions, because I read a lot of news about what is happening in the world right now, and it makes me terribly anxious. I started taking cbn gummies and I really hope that they will help me, because I have no strength to cope with depressive thoughts.

Obviously only you know what is right for you, but I've found watching/reading less news to be a good thing for me. I feel like it's one thing to be informed, and it's another to be consumed by it.

You need to do what is best for you! You don't have to bear the burdens of the world on your shoulders.

Good job - DSL gets the job done OK in my book. Its slower...but smoother. So it evens out haha thats what I used to tell myself.

Damn was that gym nice and damn do I suck at yoga. I told him same time next week until I can get this shit down. Also got to go to this fancy breakfast place and he comps it as a work expense since we talk about the BH field. Free good food and a workout F yea

My wife took me out on a surprise valentine's dinner even though we also did that on Saturday

I paid some people good money to do some much needed home improvement to my property. They where from Hungary! And sounded like Chekov a little bit. Seems like they did really nice work for the price. Very happy to still be contributing to the economic welfare of people living in my state. Working with their hands. It's the best thing that you can do with your life.
