I say it's always ethical to create fan based projects as a selfless endeavor, creating a business from other peoples property is not. THJ could have used their server to sell ad-revenue or countless other shilling operations to cease being unemployed and probably be fine, although I do believe that a large part of this legal fiasco is DBG management needing a scapegoat to keep their jobs, so maybe not.

I am so excited for THJ downfall, I hope it is epic.
