Wizard, you needn't use the emulator to play(except very first time)

You make a shortcut of your EQGame.exe and add "patchme" so it reads:

C:\whereveryouinstalled\EQ\eqgame.exe patchme

Use this everytime until it gives you any errors when running the game, and THEN you use EQ Emulator to update.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Thank you for this.

I'm all about Classic EQ Gameplay. The more modern I can make the game look the better. Until I get EverQuest 2 (read: real EQ2) I will play Classic EQ with as many graphic/ui advancements as possible.

I like the models, however some reason all my spell icon grafics changed and there not making any sence. My chanter has a mix of cleric and bard spell icon grafics. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Also loads of duplicates all my nukes/mezzes/root all look the same.
