I don't know if this was asked, but if there was global ooc, how much would it be moderated?

*) an opt out global channel would just mean your location can still be broadcasted but you wont know. puts you at a disadvantage.
*) Many players dont even read the forums, they just want to play and are not forum warriors. probably dont even know about this poll.
