I have to disagree with a transfer from b99 to r99.
If you're going to evaluate metrics and balance, compare Old World to Old world content only; items, spells, spawn times, camps, etc.. at 1,000% EXP bonus, give it a week for all of your metrics and start a separate stage of beta for Kunark to Kunark content. Specifically, Epics, and Temple of Veeshan shit. I kind of fear monk overstacked haste will be the POWA.

Perhaps the transfer is specifically geared towards max level characters to balance, while allowing blues to introduce themselves to a red server from an established standpoint.
Ride it out and see what Rogean has in mind.

We have decided to open the beta server without beta copies to start with. We will still be allowing them later on in the testing period. Experience will still be 1000% and may be increased further if we need to.

Still not sure on when beta will open, I got dragged to a family event today.

If you want a name on the beta server, you better go reserve it now on the blue server. Names in use on blue will only be creatable by the account owner
