Im sittin out da front wiff 5 kids literally interacting with each other IRL!
2 10yr olds, and 11 and 2 13. Riding bikes and comparing kx80's to husky 50's and 80's. The 2 13's just left to fix their scooter tyre.

You guys live in the wrong country or look at the wrong things.

When was the last time you looked out the front? Also I live in a dead end street with 4 houses. 2 are empty.
Neighbour has permanent footy goal posts up. Footy is ultimate pvp. No sign of salaryman though. Which is prolly a good thing I 'spose.

I’m sure if they surveyed us gen x’s or gen y’s, the majority of us would say we are happy to have a childhood before the existence of the internet

I know I am anyway. Just like I am happy now to have access to the internet as an adult. Really hasn’t been a bad stretch of time to be alive, IMO. Sucks to have to die before immortality is figured out but not as bad as all those people who have to die RIGHT before it is figured out. I feel like that is worse. Or to be in the generation where cells aging has been canceled medically but to still have a tree fall on you or something and die that way
