After colonialism over extended itself and tried to exploit the rich ppl it sent to govern the colonies.

Then we turned it around and engaged in imperialism after 1947. However that is backfiring and now we have globalization.

So much later after the 600ft dinos and like less then half a second ago in deep time.

I'm just sad I will not live to see the perfection of the global police state. (Regardless of its intrinsic values).
