OK I get it, IT The book had some sick parts, thats just because stephen king is a but nuts, and yea i think he is a bit of a perv, a sex deprived perv.

Anyways

The 2 new movies had big production values and were in theaters, so dont expect any of that nonsense in them.

Serious, watch them they are really great.

I stay away from the horror genre now, even though I enjoyed reading IT and watching The Shining and all those glorious slasher flicks from the 80s.

That's because I loaded the internet one day and I saw a guy holding another guy and he was sawing a blade across his throat and blood was gushing out and the second guy was gurgling and looking right at the camera as he died. And the horror came from the thought that if I booked a flight and rented a car and drove out to meet that first guy, he would saw off my head as well because he wouldn't be a Hollywood actor but a guy who saws people's heads off every day because it makes him feel good about his life.

Also I read that kevin smith thought up the entire movie on a podcast then made it.

Because it's so creepy, weird and horrifying but at the same time so realistic that it might as well have happened /happen somewhere IRL

This is way better in my book than any movie like "the White Lady" or recent Annabelle cursed doll pieces of shit, or any Amityville copycat

PS: Tusk >> Human Centipede IMHO, and add the original Ring movie to the list
