Saw the dude spent all weekend hawking that CoS for 250k while I scooped up cheap twink gear in EC and logged back and forth between toons.

If the RNF council has concluded this is an attempt to scam the server into a manipulated price then the obvious thing is for a GM to remove 250k plat from auctioning characters bank and replace an item slot with a CoS.
