This thread is a great example of r/k theory. R-selected people (modern liberals) are optimized for periods of abundance. To maximize your reproductive success in an environment of abundance, you need to fuck a lot and avoid conflict. He is both willing an able to kill that animal; if times get tough that could be me. Let's take away his gun and get him on a high estrogen soy based diet like me, so he won't be a threat' Since they are emotionally incapable of rising to our level, they try to pull us down to theirs with nonsense like 'peoplehood for animals'.
