both coffee & beer are sweet nectar to me yet I tolerate both way worse than oxycodone
Caffeine gave me vertigo every time after about a 5-6 year break from all physical activity.

Same for alcohol, used to drink a handle of Stoli to myself over the weekend in college... 5-6 year break from drinks = 1-2 beers and I'm fucking done. Spins, sedation the works.

I can't drink alcohol or caffeine without negative side effects. But oxycodone has never done anything to me over 9 years of off and on use, no nausea. No spins, nothing negative except the obvious set of withdraw symptoms that can be expected when stopping. Even then, it wasn't noticeably a big deal I'd take 30-60mg for a few months and just quit unconsciously without it even being a thing. I didn't even know what withdrawal was until year 7 or 8,

Very peculiar . I assume it has to with an aging central nervous system.
