Levelling is ghost town / sucks.
No clerics for guilds.
No ports.
No PVP due to nothing being camped and everyone being a melee.
Nothing being farmed.

Keep boxing off though. Wipe wouldn't help, or if so would be temporary, and the idea of reoccurring wipes is ridiculous.

hate to break it to you but your pixels are not permanent also they are only imaginary, literally a row in the sql database....

wipe it clean, lets have some "temporary fun" and then wipe ít again and have more temporary fun?????????????

I'd rather they just turn off the box instead of relevelling characters over and over personally.

Any temperorary pop boost would soon be gone if the core issues aren't changed.

Like FFA/No boxing.

You're delusional if you think "No Boxing" is an "Issue".

It's by far the biggest rule that kept this server alive. While all of those TLP and that p2002 server die, p1999 is strong.

TLP "Phinigel" tried to be more like p99, with a no boxing rule, and it was their only moderately successful TLP to date. Shocking, I know.

I'm down for a new server, but if it ever allowed boxing, I'd quit p99 for good.
