Causal greed is what drove this summit, where your so called leaders demanded rotations in any way they could phrase it.
Pretty much all of the mobs those two guilds get were conceded to them by the rest of the server for the benefit of not playing in a shitty environment. It's not the other guilds' fault if AA can't see how stubborn/idiotic they are being for willfully playing like that. The trouble everyone has with it is that shitty playstyle AA perpetuates bleeds over into other areas of the game, and so you find yourself with a thousand different rules and as many interpretations as there are players.

Now if there were a way to separate the two types of players, those that want to compete for mobs and those that would rather share the content diplomatically, then everyone could have their cake and eat it too.

It's just too bad that there isn't another server currently running where cut-throat competition is the whole point.

Are you saying BDA wouldn't play there? I thought you guys loved racing Omni/AG/Europa/Anonymous/Clue/etc.

Or is it a case of only competing if you think you're the favorites for FTE on the majority of spawns?

yikes

Circa 2001 Tuljin!

P99 offers a lot of these nerds a chance to be someone or something they otherwise wouldn't be. If it takes them 16 hours to consider themselves a winner then you better believe they are going to be there, mob after mob.

I mean, they are putting in work. The guy that stays late at work and picks up shifts is the one you'll see moving up. Its the same in EQ.

But seriously, you guys should just do drugs instead. The fix is more enjoyable and you don't need to rely on 7days +/- variance and the planets aligning for another one

Yeah well the real ironic thing about all of it is that P99 players seem like the ~last~ personality type to be complacent with "working for the man" which is exactly what you do in a "raid" guild.

And we all know the people who ~actually~ make bank ~never~ "worked for the man." Much like your raid cabal overlords, who egregiously take advantage of nubs and manipulate "raid" rules to further their own agenda. They never worked for anybody, and they get all the loot (for their 3rd alt)

Just want to give a massive shoutout to this guild. Great group of folks, where you get out of it what you put in.
Names have been withheld because I dont want to make anything personal, but you can see the blatant Kool-Aid drinking going on. Its like a Silicon Valley corporate pep rally, where the few people who actually make a livable wage give their cute little presentation with music and a projector and the rest of the peons get one hour paid to view the spectacle.

I worked at EA for a summer in college as a games tester, this is precisely what happens. If you post any info about any game you're testing on a forum (or to RnF?) they find out and you're fired. Oh yeah, and EA fucking sucks and their product is absolute shit. Do I need to draw more parallels?

I just think of losers who have spent every day on the box the last 6 years like Daldean Erati Chest etc. some grade a fucking losers.
I mean we're all EQ addicts in one way or another, but yeah tough to argue with this one.

Most of us come from classic servers with GM enforced rotations. 1 guild getting over 90% of available raid targets in the entire game was never intended and never allowed on live and it's absurd that it was ever allowed here. We aren't going back kkthx.
Waaaaaat? I thought rotations were agreed upon by the server, and some servers did have monopolies. Whats this GM enforcement u speak of?
