Fungis can be fairly easily done with decent geared Enc/Shm, get a FD puller and its cake.

its a lot safer to bring a corpse dragger and coth'er, i'd be willing to guess the saved time would average out more plat than you'd lose out on having 2 more to roll against or in your group's loot rotation. if you have a bunch of alts to park there its not as big of a deal, but its still really nice to have a rogue down there for pvp threats.

i'd actually recommend tmo over empire to anyone who isn't already established on red when i think about it. empire may be the dominant guild in the endgame by a long shot, but you're going to have a lot easier of a time getting members in tmo to help you out when you need it. everyone's doing their own thing in empire, which is fine, but you aren't exactly going to find people jumping at the chance to help you with an epic kill or port you for a CR unless you're friends.
