The obsession the Azrael lemmings have with Lite is a true sickness. Lite is top three egos on server for sure, and why not. Have 20 nerds following him around for several years praising him no matter how many times he screws things up.

monk is the easiest melee to play on the box. not sure how you can compare monk to rogue lol. even if you miss half your jousts, it only takes 1 t staff proc to even the score.

There might be a bigger variance in effectiveness with rogues vs monks but someone who is the best at playing any tank will be able to transfer their ability to other melee.

The worst monk won't be as noticeable as the worst rogue. That doesn't take away the fact that the best monk isn't missing jousts and gets more opportunities for that proc to happen. It just isn't as obvious as a rogue not landing one backstab during a fight because that is easy to account for.

Lite played eq with 30 ms.

You get 99% of your kills as a rogue by zoning faster then the people you chase and getting a backstab in before they can move.

It ain't hard.

Im not going to argue because Ive never played a rogue in pvp.. but jousting is hard for anyone, and a monk arguably has less opportunities for RNG to really change the pace of a fight for the better. So monks need to be more patient than a rogue does for longer periods of time, which may or may not make them more or less difficult for a particular player depending on their playstyle.

About that tstaff proc though, I disagree, if you go up against an endgame rogue with a Tstaff and are hoping for the proc and your weak ass hits for 30 to be the deciding factor for you.. you gonna have a bad time.

Tstaff is really best for 2vX fights than 1v1 though.

when I said Lites the best out of any the people I face, i mean that he takes chances like pvp'ing in howling stones. Not just about jousting, I fear him more than any other rogues outside Empire

i don't know if he's better than the best rogues in Empire, but he's the best the other sides got
