Agatha I already explained what is most likely happening, Lev_Mer has this deep trauma he is experiencing and so he is trying to clear his concious and tell himself he didn't hit the kid and go to jail, hes taken stage 4 brain rot and his own RL issues and hit stage 5 somehow got lost in his own troll persona now thinks you commited the crime he did. On some level you can't blame him hes just doing what some of the crazies playing a 15yr old elf sim do just taking it to a more delusional state.

next he will have an elaborate story to go along in further detail about your(his) hit and run with the young kid. I hope he can stabilize himself through this using forumquest/troll persona's and not release his rage IRL I would hate to see another P99'er have or do something bad again.
