I voted no, but only because breaking the rules = breaking the rules.

However, people like to think that he is the only one training and griefing other players. Untrue. There are hundreds of players just like him (albeit not as persistent) who haven't been caught...yet.

I mean, the vast majority of the people who flame him are as guilty as he is for being douchebags.

No clue who you are but,

Everyone deserves a 2nd chance I guess -- This is an emulated EQ server, and if for whatever reason I got banned, I would be very upset too; but at the same time that I say that, I don't DO things to stir up drama or do anything that could possibly get me in trouble or banned because I value this game all too much!

So with that being said, I'll click 'yes', on the assumption that this poll matters, and on the assumption that the defendee has actually learned their lesson :-P and wouldn't be involved in another situation that would once again threaten their game play here on P1999.
