the character of nihilum is shown very well by the fact that they concentrate all their efforts on powerleveling and regearing the scumbags that get banned like ender and nizzar

Actually you really cant keep a neckbeard from coming back. I spent a good portion of 3 days once trying to keep someone from getting leveled again, but a true neckbeard will just sleep in 2 hour shifts while boxing and/or getting help from the countless neckbeards who want him to return.

Unless you hire some vast chinese multi-tasking operation, there's no real way to keep someone like that down.
