You've never actually been clear on what you've wanted for the server as a whole, ever. That, or you just don't possess forethought.

Just been a series of requests built around an image of what R99 could be to you and your specific play style, and how shitty it is if it doesn't meet those very specific standards.

This is a suggestion that would help new players.

Have you considered just giving certain people a crown of rile so they'll go away?

Seems more effective than a ban too because they will just reroll from that.
