World government previous to the internet was impossible due to communication issues. With the internet, it's really just a matter of people pulling their heads out of their asses and realizing that drawn up lines on a map that you happen to be born in don't really mean that much.

As for healthcare
It was fucked before Obamacare

gotta disagree because they didn't systematically administer a genocide while enforcing public perception with persecution. they did some shady shit that should be prosecuted but no where near the unethical actions of stalin, hitler, franco, mao, pol pot etc.
