Be respectful to others. We have wishes and a desired playstyle that differs from yours. Lord bob got excluded from all raid discussions. Lord bob got excluded from the tier 2 rotation. Dude I just posted logs of me talking to two people in your guild about the rotation (and offering my support) several hours before the repops. Your guild leader responded by immediately going AFK, and I only received any information at all because Subways tracked him down (thanks man).

what i would love to see is the GMs decide their playstyle fits the T1 guilds then the crews you should b competing with can show u how far you still have to go

What is to be done if lord bob does not want to be in on the t2 rotation but wants to go after tier 2 spawns?
Are they not allowed?
Are there rules in place to exclude guilds that dont want to be on rotation from boss kills?
Are new or up and coming guilds going to be shut out by t2?

Lord Bob can do what they want. But they're essentially competing against every combined T2 guild for mobs, as others have agreed to help each other.

Are new or up and coming guilds going to be shut out by t2?

not at all but the majority of T2 is trying to establish friendly relationships amongst each other and a rotation

if the up and coming guild wishes to join they simply began COMMUNICATING or b like Bob and turn a cold shoulder then QQ that they werent included

can we not do this and retain a healthy/competitive raid scene at the same time?

i have grouped with people from every one of your guilds. there's no real reason for all this hostility.
