Bind points are used as a pvp tactic.

To pvp someone at their bind is commonly used as a counter tactic to control the area, raid, loot etc...

To allow someone to bind in a spot as a tactic and disallow someone to use the counter tactic is a perfect example of lobbyquest being used as a scapegoat under the pretense of fairness or even fair competition.

Your greedy attempt to harass, bully and gerrymander yourself pixels has been proven time and time again...server after server.... to corrupt staff and lead to loss of faith and integrity in the server.

For instance...

Cities and faction have a long history in pvp. Their security is renown amongst the wee folk.

To diminish their history-steeped role would be a crime and sabotage the storied heritage and rich depth of the narrative of Everquest.

For those who are more advanced and are as adventurous as they are powerful, one may attempt to bind outside the cities' safety and there are tales of the most powerful who bind even outside of dungeons.

However there are more numerous tales of those who attempted such feats and whose power was found wanting.

To reward those who have not distinguished themselves enough from the wee folk under the guise of "fairness" or "being nice" is a false narrative that robs Norrath of it's rich diversity and should be recognized as such by the community.

Innoruuk would not suffer a fool like Andis for example.
